LinGang International Optics-Instrument Park is the first modernized science & technology standardized premise project, it was designed by Gernman GMP enterprise, insisting on the conception of 'International top one park', in comply with the standard of 'Premise quality the first, Park environment first, industrial orientation first, service standard first and team administration first', dedicating to establish an advancement manufacturing base featuring with clear era feature in LinGang Industry zone, embodied the conception of constructing the most standardized premise in the modern world.

The park is aimed at establishing an industry equipment base which is focused on all-in-one optoelectronics construction. The first period is planned to have over 200,000 square meter standard premise and presently 65,000 square meter has been set up leaving another 66,000 square meter under constructing. There are two single buildings honored to be the municipal ‘Magnolia’ prize.
